Who we are

SalesSpar is a voice sales-practice app operated by Marviy Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore. Contact our data protection officer at [privacy@getsalesspar.com].

What we collect

• Account details: name, work email, role and team membership.
• Voice audio, streamed live during a practice round so the AI buyer can respond. [CONFIRM: not stored as a recording by SalesSpar; provider retention set to minimum/zero.]
• Round transcripts and scorecards.
• Device push token and crash diagnostics.
• Pilot application details you send us by email.

How we use it

To run practice rounds, produce scorecards, show managers their team's rounds and scores, provide support, and bill pilot customers. We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer sessions to train AI models. [CONFIRM with each provider's terms.]

Who can see it

Reps see their own transcripts and scorecards. Managers see rounds and scores for their team, not transcripts or audio.

No biometric identification

We do not create voiceprints or use voice data to identify individuals.

Service providers (sub-processors)

[LIST TO CONFIRM] Hosting and database (Google Cloud), voice conversation and speech (ElevenLabs), language models and scoring (OpenAI), sign-in (Clerk), transactional email (Resend), push notifications (Expo, Apple, Google), crash reporting (Sentry), billing (Stripe).

Retention

[TO CONFIRM] Transcripts and scorecards are kept for [365] days by default unless your team sets a shorter period. Account data is deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request, and from backups at the next rotation.

International transfers

[TO CONFIRM] Data may be processed outside Singapore by our providers, with protections as required by the PDPA.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data by emailing [privacy@getsalesspar.com]. We respond within 30 days. You can also delete your account.
