Founding pilot

[TO CONFIRM] Pilot customers are invoiced $19 per rep per month for 8 weeks. Customers who convert by week 8 receive $39 per rep per month, fixed for 12 months, on an annual plan. Prices in USD, excluding applicable taxes.
